Ingredients
1 Package Pastured Pork German SausageÂ
1 Sweet Potato
2 cups Gold/White/Red Potatoes
2 cups Brussels Sprouts and/or Broccoli
Olive Oil
Sea Salt
Garlic Powder
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425.
Cube potatoes and vegetables into small pieces.
Cut German Sausage into coin slices no thicker than half an inch.
Place on a sheet pan and sprinkle with olive oil, sea salt, and garlic powder.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are soft.Â
