Cheeseburger Meatballs

About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs CVP Grass-Finished Ground Beef

  • 1/2 cup Fresh Milled Flour

  • 2 cups Raw Cheddar Cheese

  • 4 TBS Bubbie’s Dill Relish

  • 2 TBS Dijon Mustard

  • 2 TBS Ketchup

  • 2 Eggs

  • 2 tsp Redmond’s Real Salt

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 tsp Onion Powder

  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. In a bowl combine, flour and spices.

  3. Add beef, eggs, cheese, and relish.

  4. Use your hands to mix all of the ingredients together until combined.

  5. After mixing, form balls using about 2 to 3 TBS of beef mixture for each ball.

  6. Place on parchment lined baking sheet.

  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until meat is dark brown.
