Beef Enchiladas

About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs CVP Ground Beef

  • 1 package of red enchilada sauce

  • 1 package of small corn tortillas

  • 3 cups of raw white cheddar cheese

Preparation

  1. Brown CVP Ground Beef in skillet 

  2. Add 1/2 enchilada sauce. 

  3. Top with 4-5 sprouted corn tortillas. 

  4. Add beef and more sauce

  5. Add more tortillas 

  6. Finish with sauce and shredded cheese. 

  7. Put the lid on and bring to a medium heat. Cool down, crack lid, and let simmer for about 10 minutes. Done!
