Ingredients
2 lbs CVP Ground Beef
1 package of red enchilada sauce
1 package of small corn tortillas
3 cups of raw white cheddar cheese
Preparation
Brown CVP Ground Beef in skilletÂ
Add 1/2 enchilada sauce.Â
Top with 4-5 sprouted corn tortillas.Â
Add beef and more sauce
Add more tortillasÂ
Finish with sauce and shredded cheese.Â
Put the lid on and bring to a medium heat. Cool down, crack lid, and let simmer for about 10 minutes. Done!
