We are excited to offer high quality grass fed and grass finished lamb raised by our family. Lambs are free of added hormones, antibiotics, pesticides, and herbicides. Lambs are rotationally grazed to improve soil health and quality land management.

We offer a standard cutting option or a custom cutting option. For a whole lamb, the standard option includes:
2 Racks of Ribs
Loin and Rib Chops
1 Leg Roast
1 Shoulder Roast
Ground
Stew Meat
Liver
Kidney
Heart
 
This is a non-refundable deposit to reserve your share of the lamb, the balance owed on the butcher date will be $395. All orders must be paid in full before recieving your lamb. We will contact you once butcher date approaches with a invoice of your balance and pickup date/time.
