Half Lamb

We are excited to now offer high quality grass fed and grass finished lamb raised by our family. Lambs are free of added hormones, antibiotics, pesticides, and herbicides. Lambs are rotationally grazed to improve soil health and quality land management.

For our half lamb share you will receive about 25 lbs of meat in the following cuts:
Ribs
Loin and Rib Chops
1 Leg Roast or Shoulder Roast
Ground
Stew Meat
Liver
Kidney
Heart
