Beef Stew

Ingredients

  • 2 TBS beef tallow or olive oil

  • 2 lbs CVP stew meat (thawed)

  • 1 onion (diced)

  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 4 carrots (coined)

  • 4 sticks celery (chopped)

  • 2 large potatoes (cubed)

  • 4 TBS Worcestershire sauce

  • 4 TBS ketchup

  • 4 cups CVP beef bone broth

  • Sea salt

Preparation

  1. Add the following to the instant pot and saute: beef tallow, Stew meat, onion, and garlic. 3-5 minutes.

  2. Add remaining ingredients to the instant pot, stir well.

  3. Put on lid and set to “manual” for 15 minutes.

  4. Enjoy!
