Enjoy a delicous enchilada dinner made with grass-finished Canyon Valley Provsions Beef. Learn about the nutriional benefits of grass-finished beef.
Jessica Ham, of Canyon Valley Provisions will teach on the importance and benefits of practicing regenerative ranching to improve soil conditions and how they are practicing these methods right here in West Texas. Participants will leave with ideas for easy weeknight meals that can be made in 30 minutes or less.
Beef boxes with beef needed for a week of meals will be available for purchase.
